Massage curd on the head to induce sleep. Two spoons of honey with a cup of water at bedtime is also effective for insomnia.
2. Lack of Sleep
Gently massage the soles of the feet with sesame oil, or rub sesame oil into the scalp. Alternatively, you can put 5-10 drops of sesame oil into each ear, or drink a cup of piping hot cow’s milk with rock candy or honey.
3. Excess Sleep
Take black coffee, gotu kola or calamus root tea at bed-time. Opt for an early dinner and eat less.
