To a pregnant woman, morning sickness feels like all hell has broken loose. 1. Coconut Water

Replete with vitamins, fibre and minerals, coconut water is endowed with many health benefits. It so makes for the perfect way to rise above morning sickness. All you have to do is add one teaspoon of lemon juice to a cup of coconut water. Take a sip of this concoction every fifteen minutes to put your stomach at ease.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

3. Ginger Juice

4. Lemon Juice

5. Rose Water and Milk

As an added measure, you can take a cup of this rose milk with a teaspoon of ghee at bedtime to control morning sickness.
